My HP 3835 printer is taking time to turn on and when it goes on it gives me the following error code OXC8190022 HW_MCASIC_HEAL. This printer is fairly new and I have used it for about 2weeks.

I noticed that you are getting the error code OXC8190022 HW_MCASIC_HEAL with your HP Deskjet 3835 printer. I am happy to look into this issue for you! 

 

Please try the steps within this guide, '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Displays, and let me know what happens!
