Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I installed a brand new Toner Carterage into my printer. All of the pages including the test print page, come out with the right half of the document competely blacked out. The left side is readable.

I understand that you are having some issues with printing from your Laserjet M1536dnf Printer after replacing the cartridge. I can help you with that.

 

To start, make sure you are using a genuine, non-refilled cartridge. Once that is done, this document outlines how to troubleshoot print quality issues with your printer.

 

If after following the above you are still unable to print correctly and the printer is using a genuine, non-refilled cartridge, the cartridge needs to be replaced. You can contact HP Support by clicking on this link and filling out the form at the bottom.
