Heavy cardstock

No matter how many of the cardstock settings I have tried, the mechanism is not picking up the paper.  It makes a loud clicking noise and then asks me to add paper.  Once I click okay, it goes into the "cleaning" mode and then repeats this over and over.  I do alot of work for my clients on card stock and this is a huge problem.

I tried manual feeding, but it comes up with the message that the paper is jammed.

It is only 105# cover stock.

Hate to tell you but 59#(220 g/m2) is the max weight this printer can handle.
