Hello-I purchased my printer HP Envy 5530 on 6/19/14 and now I have and error C4EBA341. I have searched the internet and had no luck. Can someone please help me or do I need to junk it?

Hi @trpagel ,

 

I see you are getting the error "C4EBA341". I can help you.

This could possibly be an issue with the Firmware in the printer, I would make sure the power cable is plugged directly into the wall outlet, and not a surge-protector. Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector. This applies to Inkjet printers as well.

I see that you are getting the error C4EBA34. I would be happy to help you.

I checked into this error further and came across a post with the same issue and this document resolved the issue. Please give it a try.

I've tried all the above, except call support. I was hoping someone could help me. I still have code
C4eba341. No paper jam, not even hooked up to internet. I just want it to copy.

Hey there @1blondgal,

 

If you have done the troubleshooting for the error message, the last option is to call phone support to discuss replacing or upgrading the printer.

(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.

(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.

(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.

(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
