Because of a problem with my printer described over a year ago in this forum, I was promised two sets of ink cartridges for the 8600 (now the 8610) by David Allin. I need the 2nd set now and he is unavailable at his extension , 1-877-917-4380. When I enter code it causes a hang-up of the phone. My case number is # [Personal Information Removed]
. Can another case manager or someone else at HP help me find David Allin OR secure this second promised set of cartridges?
