Says printer is connected to network. Printer says it is connected to net work. But when I open up a document to print, it says it is off-line,
(HP Office Jet 4500 G510n-z)
HP Solution Center even says printer is off-line.
"job failed to print due to an error in the printing system".

OK, uninstall the HP software using the uninstaller in the HP folder.
Restart your PC.
Download and install the latest software for your printer from the "Support & Drivers" link at the top of this page.

Hello, the printer have NO setup button.
It would be easy if you, as an HP employee, upload a print screen of the printer (the exactly model and not a generic one) instead of just replying people.
Also consider that more than one didn'f fuond any setup button... so probably there's a problem, no?
Now i understand why people complain so much about HP....

Oh, you have a Photosmart or PSC 4500 - different beast.
You need to use the HP software to connect your printer to your wireless network.
