Thank you Mili101 for the picture!

Yes, there seems to be a problem with your yellow toner. Unfortunately, we have performed all the troubleshooting steps on improving a print quality issue. Try calling HP technical support for further assistance. Click here to find out: HP Worldwide Contact.

Sorry for the inconvenience! Have a great day :generic:

I worked on behalf of HP.

I just wish to let everyone know that I contacted several printer servicing businesses, but the guy from MarchTEK is the only one who after listening me describe my problem said that the only issue could be with the toner and not the printer (without asking me to pay $$ for "assesment").

I couldn't believe it, because I have just replaced my toner.  However, it turns out he was right.  I bought another toner, replaced it, and now my printer works fine.

Therefore if you encounter too much yellow in your prints, and perform everything suggested here, and you still have too much yellow replace your toner again.

Hope this helps!

Mili
