Hi @tonyw1950

2x2 is not a supported paper size, but you could put multiple 2x2's on a supported size and cut them when the print completes.

Now I am not sure what software you are currently using but, have you tried HP Photo Creations. You can download and install HP Photo Creations here.

Once you have installed the program, or if you already have it, open it up and follow the instructions below;

1. Click on the Prints option along the top

2. Scroll down to Multi-up Prints and select Grid- Multi-up Prints

3. Click on Personalize and Print

4.  Along the top you are given the option to Choose Size, please make sure to select a supported paper size. Printer Specifications for the HP Officejet Pro 8610, 8620, 8630, 8640, and 8660 e-All-in-One Printe...

5. Under the Advance Print options, select the following settings:

6. You are also able to change the number of photos you would like per sheet. If you only want 1 copy of the photo, under Copies change that to 1.

7. Now you can go ahead and select Print (Remember under the printer setting to select the proper tray)

I hope this helps. If this resolves the issue please let me know. Thanks.

Hello there,

I would like to share this article on how to print passport size photos which had helped me as well.

http://www.techovity.com/how-to-print-passport-size-photos-at-home-using-photo-paper/

I have tried the Method 2 which is using idphoto4you website to create photo sheet without any login or account.

You can just follow these simple steps:

1) Open www.idphoto4you.com and select the size of image which you need.

2) Remember for USA you have to select Photo Size of 2x2cm and for India it is 3.5×4.5cm which is considered as Passport size pic. For Print/Page size there is no option to choose A4 size paper (or anything around 8×11 inch of page size), so the best option would be to select 4x6inch paper size and print the image twice on one A4 Photo Sheet.

3) Click on Choose Size button and after selecting the photo, click on the Upload button.

4) Now you can crop and adjust your photo before printing. You can also adjust Brightness and Contrast of photo.

5) Click on Make Photo button and you will have your photo sheet ready. It will ask you to wait for 1 minute before you can download the photo (you can remove this time by linking your Google plus account). After 1 minute you will have a download link available, click on it and download your photo sheet.

6) Now print this photo using photo print software which comes with Printer, do not use Windows photo printer as it will not consider the page size. While printing the photo,  choose the page size which was selected at the time of photo creation.

For Step 6, you may use HP Photo Creations to print which Sunshyn2005 has recommended.

Once you have installed the HP Photo creations, open it up and follow the instructions below to print the Photo downloaded from idphoto4you

1. Click on the Prints option along the top

2. You may select 4 x 6 under Quick Prints

3. Click on Print my own -> Add Photos ->Browse this Computer (You  may save your Photo in your Desktop so you can easily grab it)

4. Select "Print" menu

5. Under settings, make sure Image Size is the same as the page size selected at the time of photo creation (i.e. 4x6); Paper Size should be set larger than the Image Size (i.e. Letter or A4); Make sure correct printer driver is selected.

6. Then press "Print" button.

7. You should be able to print a passport size photo.

Hope this helps!

Kind regards,

meg-riley
