Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I am having trouble scanning photos because the saturation is way too contrasted in both black and white and color photos.

How do I reset the quality to normal saturation levels. I know this is probably a problem with my windows program but not sure how to fix it. I have a pc Windows 7, (not sure if 32 or64 bit).

Photo Creations provides simple editing tools, including those to correct brightness and contrast.

The Creations website provides "how-to" video and tutorials, staff support (normal business hours).

Reminder

These are "simple" tools, intended for minor fixes -- If you need something more sophisticated, you need photo editing software (for example, Photoshop).

Thanks, Dragon-Fur.

Marapet, to access the the brightness and contrast controls in HP Photo Creations, click on a photo to open its toolbar.

If you're making a "quick print" (i.e., a plain photo) you'll see brightness and contrast controls in the toolbar.

If you're making a collage print or card, click the Options button in the toolbar to see the brightness and contrast controls.

The optional Premium Editing Features upgrade adds more controls, such as hue and saturation.

HP Photo Creations is a free download at www.hp.com/go/hppc.

Hope this helps,
