I initially sent up my printer at home when I first bought it to make sure that it worked okay, then brought it with me when I moved. It connected fine to my old network but I'm not sure how to reconnect it to the new wifi now that I've moved. I tried resetting the wireless connections by pressing the X and Wifi buttons simultaneously, (as directed by the hp wireless printer setup) and then following the steps I initially took in setup (via the HP Smart app on my iPhone). After I wasn't able to find the printer on the app, I clicked "set up a new printer," which then took me to "Connect Printer to Wi-Fi." The only printer that shows up in the available networks is my roommate's, which is, unfortunately, the same model as mine.

I've also tried re-entering setup mode by holding the wireless button on the printer for three seconds, but it still hasn't shown up. 😕

Hi,

Press and hold both the wireless and cancel buttons for 3 seconds till teh power light blinks.

next turn the printer off and then on, ensure the wireless light is blinking.

If it is not blinking turn the wireless button on by pressing the wifi button.

Now follow the wireless setup again and check for any difference.
