I'd like to help!
I understand you would like to remove a printer from HP Smart App.
Follow the instructions -
- Open HP Smart and then click the Printer icon in the left bar.
- Click on select a Different Printer, then click the Remove link on the right
- Press the X mark of the unwanted printer tile to remove it and click on done.
If you are unable to delete the printer, then uninstall the HP Smart app and reinstall it

Hi,
HP Printers - Update Your HP Smart Account Information
-
Sign in to HP Smart.
-
Click the Account icon
-
Select Settings to open the account information.
-
Locate the setting you want to update, and then select the Edit icon
-
Update the information, and then click Save.
