Hi Trike,
I'm sorry to hear that you are still having issues with ePrint.
From my original response, can you let me know which document and at which step you run into a failure? Also what is the error message you are getting?
If you've lost the link to my original response, please click here.

Hi RobRCB,
Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that you would like to print from your iPhone to your Officejet 4620.
Once your printer is on your home wireless network we can get the ePrint feature set up. If your printer is not on your home wireless network, please follow the steps in the document I have linked below on how to setup your printer on a wireless network. I have also included a document with the steps for getting your claim code and setting up your ePrint.
For additional reference I have included three other documents for you. The first two are the FAQ documents for the HP's ePrint Mobile app and the HP All-in-One Printer Remote app. The last one is how to use Apple's AirPrint feature, built into your iPhone with your HP printer.

I have an Officejet 6700 Premium, the instructions on HP Connected say to go to Web Services in Setup on the Printer Panel but that option is not showing, however the services says that this is a supported printer, I have printed off the Wioreless Network Test info, the Network info and the Printer Status Report sheets and I don't find a claim number on any of these. The wireless network says enabled on the printer and working properly but when I go to E setup is says on the Wireless Servies is not enabled.
Thanks,
NickNashville

Hi!
Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that you are looking for some assistance with getting your Web Services Information Sheet for your Photosmart 6525.
When you are pressing the ePrint icon and it says registering, your printer is actually being registered to HP's Cloud Services. It's a different registration than registering your printer. This registration needs to complete so you can get the Web Services Information Sheet. I have included a link to the document for setting up your ePrint and customizing the printer ePrint email address.
Thank you for joining HP's Support community. I understand that you would like to get you would like to get the ePrint feature of your Officejet 6700 set up.
To get started please enable the web services. This will give you your web services information sheet with the instructions to setup your ePrintCenter/HP Connected account.
