Hi!
Thank you for becoming a member of the HP Support community. I gather that your Officejet 6500 E709n doesn't have the ePrint button.
You are correct, your printer does not have this button or the ability to enable web services. That doesn't mean that you are unable to use some of the ePrint features. You can still print from Android and Apple devices if the printer is connected to your wireless network.
I have included two documents for reference on how to print from a mobile device to your printer. For additional reference I have included the FAQ documents for the HP ePrint mobile app and the HP All-in-One Printer Remote app (formerly called the Printer Control App).

HP All-in-One Printer Remote Mobile App FAQs

Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that you would like the web services information sheet for your Deskjet 2540.
Your printer doesn't not have the ePrint feature, however as it is wireless you can still use print from an Android or Apple Device. I have included three documents to assist you in printing from your mobile device.

Hi fjj,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that you are trying to get your web services information sheet for your Laserjet P1102w.
The first step is to ensure your printer is connected to your wireless network. I have included a document on how to do this if your printer is not already connected to the wireless network. The next step is to check if your printer has the latest firmware installed (the document on how to do this is listed below).
To get the web services information sheet please follow the instructions in step 1 of your user guide in the section titled "Use HP Cloud Print" found on page 50. You should now have your web services information sheet.
For additional reference I have included the document detailing how to customize the printer's ePrint email address.
Installing the Printer on a Wireless Network
Getting the Latest Firmware and Product Updates
Laserjet Professional P1100 Printer Series User Guide
Setting Up a Custom Email Address for ePrint

Hi Docalim,

I have included a link to a general document on getting your web services information sheet with the printer claim code. If the document doesn't help you, please respond back with the following information so I can better assist you:
- What is the make/model/product number of HP printer do you have?
- How is the printer connected (USB cable, ethernet, or wireless)?
- Have you installed the full feature and software for the printer onto your computer?
- What operating system are you using on your computer (Window 7, Mac 10.8, or Windows 8, etc)?
Thank you.
