How do I scan a multiple page document on the HP photosmart 6520? I don't see an option.

I understand your concerns. What type of printer do you have? Click here to find out: Model Number.

If you have a Photosmart 6520, then please follow this HP document on How to Scan: Windows 7. In this document, it will indicate this under "How to Scan Multiple pages into a Single File".

Please note: Scanning additional pages is supported at 300 dpi or lower.

If you do not have the Plus sign ( ), which is indicated through "How to Scan" document, then please uninstall/reinstall your software. I will provide an HP document on Uninstall Software from the Control Panel.

Next, please install the updated full feature software from the HP website here. Make sure you type in your correct model number, then click your operating system.

Please inform me your troubleshooting steps.

Thanks so much!  Once I uninstalled then re-installed the software, I get the preview screen with the plus sign on the left.  Previously, the preview screen never even showed up.  It would go straight to "Save as..."  Thanks again for your response. : )

I called HP support 800-474-6836 to get help with multi scanned documents sent to one email on a Mac because I couldn't find the "+". After he tried to help said to call HP Cloud Svcs 855-785-2777. She said it is not possible to do this on a 6520.
