Today, I can't get my printer to print. I repeatedly get a message that the printer meed to be validated. What does that mean and how do I do that?

I would require more information to assist you here.

  • Please let me know the operating system used?
  • Are you trying to use eprint services?
     
  • Please click on link1 for "Error: Printer Validation Failed "
  • Try Link2 for "How do I fix the "Printer Validation Failed" error "
  • Try Link3 for "printer validation failed " message/ 
  • If the operating system is Windows, uninstall and reinstall the printer software and run print scan doctor as mentioned in Link 3

Hope this helps. Let me know how this goes. I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great.
