How do I calibrate my printer? It is not located in tools and I keep getting an "alignment failure". When I print a copy, it's a blank sheet.

Hello,
Alignment might fail is any color is not printed correctly. Make sure all cartridges have at least 20% ink.
Step 1 : Clean Printhead
- Press the Setup button.
- Press the Down Arrow button to highlight Tools, and then press OK.
- Press the Down Arrow button to highlight Clean Printhead, and then press OK. The product cleans the printhead
Step 2: Manually realign the printer
