Hi GemX,
It would be best to consult with Brother printer support rather than the HP forums: http://www.brother-usa.com/askus/default.aspx?PGID=5#.UaaGjJymXkM
Best Regards

I, too, am having a problem because I know that my router/modem has changed and the HP is communicating with my old network, which I no longer have.
My HP does NOT have an ethernet port and I have spend 3 hrs trying to get it to connect to the new Network name.
I tried to uninstall the printer and re-install with CD, won't work.
I know what the problem is and I have printed network config page and have the IP printed and have typed in the browser but it just spins and spins and spins.
I have paid for so much HP support on this printer that I could have paid for 2 of them.
Sick of this printer.
When it works, it works great.
Please help!
Thank you.

1: no Ethernet port on my hP C4795
2: typed in IP address in web browser, sits and spins and does nothing.
3. I know I need to access the printer NETWORK connection and change it from the old A network name to the new B network name but I cannot find out, even after using your fine suggestions.

Hi tinykygal,
Let's restore the network defaults on the printer. From printer front panel, go to wireless>wireless settings menu and select Restore Network Defaults>Yes to clear the old network settings off the printer.
From here, reconnect the printer to the new router using the Wireless Setup Wizard from the front panel of the printer.
After that, download and install the latest drivers for your printer here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&lc=en&product=3940574
The software should discover your printer's new IP address and install it.
Thanks

I think I did the wireless wizard from the front and am fairly certain my drivers are updated.
Should I restart my router?
I do appreciate such a prompt reply...I have tried everything, but I am not an expert.
