Product: Officejet 6700 Premium
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Network configuration page shows Hostname as $#. I know this isn't correct. How do I reset everything to factory defaults and start over?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

On the printer front Panel select:

 

1. Setup

 

2. > Tools

 

3. > Restore Factory defaults to reset printer

Thanks for your help but the Hostname did not change and I know it shouldn't be $#
