I need to know how to scan multiple pages to one email at one time. Right now i have to scan one page at a time which is causing the person to have to recieve multiple emails instead of just one email with all pages attached

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

We'd suggest that you scan the multi page document and saved it first before emailing.

1. First you need to ensure that you have your FULL feature software installed.

2. Scan the pages, one by one, "Add pages" to scan more pages and then saved the document into one PDF file once you are done.

This example will show you how it's done (Ignore the ADF since your printer doesn't have it but the steps are the same - "Add pages") :

Scanning Multiple pages using the ADF and Scan Glass

If you need help to get the FULL feature software,  the following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

More scanning resources can be found here.

Hope that helps!
