How to scan multiple pages into a single pdf?  Currently each page is scanned into a separate pdf.

The Enterprise level MFP’s have a PDF page split function. But the Pro level devices such as a M426 don’t have this ability.

You could use an external “PDF split” application to split the PDF file after scanning…

Enterprise MFP products have a "file split" function.

This allows the printer to split scanned pages into separate files, based on number of pages set by the user..

This is documented in

Hello,

Please try these.

1. After you installed HP full solution software, please open the "HP Scan" shorcut at your desktop.

2. Once you double click the icon, please look for the  'Advanded Settings..." and click it.

3. And there will another window showing up, please go to 'File' tab.

4. Under the 'File Type', please UNTICK the field of "Create a separate file for each scanned page.'

This will help you to scan multiple pages into a single pdf.
