I replaced formater board --HP LJ color M451nw.

now SN is XXXXXXXXXXX

How to set the Serial Number and page count on Color LJ Pro M451dn

Hello Wes1985,

 

The serial number on the printer can be updated using a PJL file & there are special instructions used to flash the file onto the device.

 

I would suggest you contact the HP support and request for the same.
