Hp 1522 nf
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have hp 1522 nf printer from few days, my OS is Windows 10 64 bit.

I have big problem with scan and copy function of the printer. The printing function is working great and quality is very good, but when i try to copy the paper came out a bit blurry and text is lighter then the original, for exmaple somethimes instead of Black text, i get something like dark grey. Same thing is happening when i try to scan, the scan file is also very bright.

I tried everything from the support page, installed last firmware, gave the printer hard and soft reset. It's connected directly to the wall socket.

I cleaned very good the glass of the scanner - still nothing the copy and scan is very bright. I feel hopeless.

Is there any other software fix that i can try, or it's some kind of hardware problem? If so what can be the hardware problem?
