Are you using a dual band router? (Netgear)

Yes, I've got a dual band router, but the wifi names are different, NETGEAR77 and NETGEAR-5G.

Thanks for the reply and providing the information. Try connecting the printer to the Netgear network that is set for 2.4Ghz. If you are still unable to connect the printer to the network. Please follow the procedure mentioned the article for converting USB to wireless.

In my HP folder there is only HP Utility, there is no Printer Setup & Software. How can i do that? (i've got a Mac).

Recommend you to use HP Easy Start available at this link.

HP Printers - Download and Install HP Printer Software and Drivers (Mac)

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support as they can take a remote of your computer and set it up for you.

Nothing.. i installed it but there is no Printer Setup & Software in the HP folder.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. 

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
