Hi @HPkj

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I understand that you cannot receive faxes with your HP LaserJet 200 color MFP M276 printer. I am happy to help!

According to this article, Interpreting Fax Error Codes, it states:

252 - Telephone line conditions were too poor to receive a fax.

Retry the fax reception when line conditions might have improved.

Configure the machine to start reception at a lower speed.

If the local machine received several pages of a larger document successfully, ask the remote user to send the document in several smaller parts.

I would also recommend going through this guide, Cannot Send or Receive Faxes, just in case.
