I tried reinstalling the software-no help

Hi gi8lt6_y,

 

Thank you for using HP products.

 

You do not need to reinstall the software to set 2-sided (Both Side or Duplex) printing. You can follow the steps below:-

 

1. Left click on "Start"

2. Left click on "Devices and Printers"

3. Right click on the printer you want to print 2-sided (Both Sides or Duplex) printing and select "Printing Preferences"

4. Click on "Finishing" tab

5. Click on "Print on Both Sides" check box

6. Click on "Apply" and "OK"
