Product: HP Officejet Pro 6830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My printer says there is a "Problem with Printhead".  I don't know what a printhead is.  Ran HP Scan Doctor and the problem remains.  What do I do?

Hi,

A Printhead problem indicate an hardware failure which require getting the printer services or replaced.
