Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? You can click on "Support and Drivers" at the top of the page, enter your product, then enter the operating system and download drivers.

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? Do you have a 32 bit or 64 bit version? How is the printer connected - USB, wired LAN, Wireless LAN, bluetooth?

Depending on your connection the diagnostics at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help resolve the issue.

I am operating with Windows XP, 32 bit.  When I load the program off HP, it loads, and my printer works, my copier works, but I cannot receive incoming faxes.  I can fax out.  My computer crashed about a year ago, and when I got it back, my icons for the HP Solutions Center and Imaging ( I think that is the correct names of the icons).  Anyway, the icons were gone and so was my access to my pictures in those folders, and I have not been able to re-install anything where those icons are there or installed.  That's my frustration.  I can go to HP and install, but not everything is there!

Thanks, this helped me solve the problem.  Couldn't find a link on the page for Acceptable Solution, Velcro

If you have Windows 7 or Windows 8 the driver wizard at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help resolve the issue.
