On a Color Laserjet 3600DN..After replacing the Duplex Reverse Driver ASM. I am getting a "Bad Duplexer Connection." I have tried turning the printer off and then on, putting the original part back in and powering off; double checking the wire connections, checking the pins on the duplexer and reseating it. Up until replacing the Duplexer Reverse Driver, I had never gotten the Bad Duplexer message before. Do to problems with duplex printing I first replaced the duplexer transfer belt, which didn't work but also didn't give the bad duplexer connection error, and then replaced the duplex reverse driver asm. which resulted in the error.

 

Any ideas are appreciated.

How did you replave the duplex belt? How to deassemble the backside of a officejet and click the new belt on? I can't see nor do it y self
