I need instruction to return printer to factory settings. I was in Bulgaria and ink cartridges were set to 363. I need to reset to USA cartridge setting 02. Is returning to factory settings the best? How?

Going through your post, I understand that you moved from Bulgaria to the US and now facing issues with the cartridges. You need to perform a reset to get the printer working with the new cartridges.
