So I have spent hours trying everything on HP support and anywhere else I could find, apparently if your paper is not one of the sizes already listed, at least in Win 10 you just can't print to it on a HP printer. Very frustrating.
I set up a custom form in Print Server, but HP driver does not see it and does not allow for entering any custom sizes?
Ridonculous.

Hi @briantva,
Thanks for showing interest in the HP Support Forums!
I understand the frustration that you're experiencing. Please keep in mind that you're trying to print on unsupported paper. Trying to make the printer do something it was not meant to do, could cause the printer harm. I would be happy to help you and please remember to return to this thread and mark 'Accept as Solution', if I have successfully helped you resolve the issue. If you wish to say 'thanks' for my effort to help, click the 'thumbs up' to give me a Kudos.
As you mentioned the printer does not support printing on 6 x 6 paper and it says that Windows does not support custom paper sizes for your printer
Supported custom sizes
- NOTE: Windows does not support custom sizes.
You could always try the steps within this guide, however, your printer was introduced prior to February 2013.
In addition, you could try using the HP Universal Fax Driver.
Alternatively, you can try an alternate print driver.
See this post by my colleague @Shane_R.
Otherwise, please use one of the supported paper sizes meant for the printer.
I hope this information is helpful. Please respond to this post with the results. Good Luck!
