Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

I was changing ink cartridges 9 which I have done loads of times, This time the  i nk cartridge carriage has stalled.  how do I get it to move,  any ideas  thanks

I understand that the carriage is not moving to install the cartridge on the printer, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

 

Recommend you refer to this HP Article and try the steps suggested in the article. 

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for any trade-in or service options available for your printer.
