there's nothing more to tell.  printer said i was low on black ink.  i changed the cartridge.  then it said i was to reload cartridge again and press ok.  i did.  then it prompted me to replace color cartridge.  i did.  then it said i still had an ink cartridge problem, to take out and replace.  i did.  i'm still running around the same problem.  what's going on?

Actually there are a few more things.... Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? Are the cartridges HP or reman/refill?
