I still can't find any hp 910 cartridges, except the black ink. You've said to wait a few days, well, I've been looking for weeks and can't find it anywhere, let alone on your site. I've had my printer for 9 months, and now I can only print in black and white.  We need answers and ink, not platitudes.

Almost December.  Now what?  When will the 910 cartridges be available again?  Be specific please.

OK it seems there's a ton of people who now have useless HP printers and I just spent over $100 purchasing new XL Black, Cyan and Magenta cartridges after my initial cartridges emptied after 2 weeks from purchase. But I cant print as there are NO yellows cartridges anywhere unless you want to pay $120-150 on EBay! and I've been looking for 3 months.

Anyone know a good Class Action attorney, HP needs to refund the price of our printers and replacement ink,

So, this is seriously THE most PATHETIC company I have ever dealt with in my life. After creating a case number on the website so I could even get a phone number to call, I literally spent 35 minutes on hold, only to have support transfer me to SALES to "see if we have any of those cartridges in stock," even though I told her there had been a recall and obviously, there are no cartridges in stock.

Sales' advice? Sign up for the Instant Ink program. Seriously. They have NO IDEA when the new cartridges will come in, and this salesperson actually told me that one of my options would be to buy a new printer (the one I have is less than a year old and still under factory warranty). Then she told me cartridges would be available in three to four weeks, "but that's not guaranteed."

When I asked to speak to a supervisor, this person claimed not to have one. When I questioned the logic of that, they said I could put in a request, but that it would take 24-48 hours.

Interestingly, no one ever requested that case number I had to create before even getting a phone number to call.

If your ink is depleting quickly, I suggest this class action may enlighten as to the reason:
https://topclassactions.com/lawsuit-settlements/lawsuit-news/consumer-products/electronics/hp-class-... So even if you print in black only, it's still using the other ink colors to fill HP's bank account.

If you want to be even further disgusted, take a look at how HP CEO Enrique Lores describes HP's future: "advancing our leadership" in ... print." So we have that to look forward to ...

At Staples I was able to purchase the black, yellow xl, and magenta xl, but not the cyan. They said it will be in stock next week or the following week...

I am so glad I found this thread. I have been looking at every online store for the color ink with no luck then happened upon this thread. Incidentally I got no information about the recall. I have had the ink in my printer and have been using it. Now it is almost out. I have black but can't find the color anywhere. Sounds like from this thread it will not be available any time soon and I will soon join the club of having a printer paper weight that doesn't print. I am hoping if I choose to only print in back that I can limp along with the little bit of color ink that is left in my cartridges. This is not acceptable. We need our supplies to keep our products working. WHEN will the color ink be available??? I need to know! (Then there will be such a rush on it it will probably sell out.) Not a happy customer. Thanks for the info.

Kumar, please stop posting replies. You are just making matters worse because you are saying nothing. As a long standing HP customer I assure you I will never purchase any more HP products.  It used to be HP stood for quality, not any more. There is no excuse for these printer cartridges to be out of stock for so long. Shame on you HP.

100% !  At a time when many people are struggling financially and working from home, several people bought new HP printers so they could get work done and get paid.  Now the only option is to spend another $200+ on a new printer, plus ink (definitely  NOT an HP product) !  There is still no public acknowledgment on their website. It's like the money that the real, hardworking people who buy their products don't exist.  Not the best move.  Adding my name to the lawsuit.
