Product: HP Deskjet 2540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot follow the instructions to set up instant ink ordering. There is no HP ePrint icon on the control panel display and I cannot find any other way to obtain the claim code that I need to proceed. Any assistance would be appreciated.

It appears the 2540 is not an Instant Ink Printer.

If you don't see your printer listed here, it is not eligible for the HP Instant Ink replacement service.

Thank you for your quick response. When I purchased this printer in November 2015 it was eligible but never took up the offer. HP must have removed it for some reason!
