I've just bought a new (2nd) laptop, installed HP Smart and added my printer, all okay.  If I then click on 'get supplies' it says "This  printer is enrolled in instant ink. Click on home screen and select Account". It then takes me to a 'Add a printer' screen (Use your printer claim code to add your printer to HP smart). I've already added it and it shows on the main screen. This is becoming more and more frustrating. It will not let me sign into my account on either on my laptops. HP are charging me for a service I'm not receiving. This needs sorting ASAP.

This should be fixed with the next HP Smart App update. Is there any issue you're facing with the Printer or Instant Ink otherwise?

SHOULD be fixed!  So it's a struggle on and wait and see. Unbelievable. really. When is this update being made available? Where will I find it? And yes, the other problem is when I sign into my account, the dashboard says "Instant Ink - not enrolled"!
