Hi there,

I would like to enroll in my 5 months HP Instant Ink trial which the box states/sticker on the printer says.

How can I do this?

Nick

Hello @nickhaley,

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums!

I understand that you would like to enroll into Instant Ink and take advantage of the 5 months free trial. I would be happy to look into this with you and please remember to return to this thread and mark 'Accept as Solution', if I have successfully helped you resolve the issue. If you wish to say 'thanks' for my effort to help, click the 'thumbs up' to give me a Kudos.

Where are you located?

Generally, you get 3 free months with the printer and the remaining 2 months come from the promotional code.

If you're in the US, I recommend that you go to 123.hp.com/setup and download the software for your printer (even if you have already done this previously). The first part of the setup will take you through the Instant Ink enrollment and I should automatically add the printer onto your account.

Otherwise, please follow the steps with this guide:

Once you have enrolled, please send me a private message with your account number or email address and I will take a look at your account to ensure that the free months were added. 🙂

Hello @nickhaley,

If you're in the UK you should get 5 months free when you register. Once you have completed the enrollment, please send me a private message and I will check your account.
