I had an issue with printing. I called HP and was transfered to Broadway Network. The initial technicia remotely took control of my computer and said that my printer is printing well. He said that my driver had bugs and needed to clean it.

He transfered me to a second techician, who attempted to clean the bugs and in the process of doing so, he enabled a funciontion that i now have to enroll in HP Instant Ink to print. I never in all the years i've had my computer had this error message.

Two days later, I had a 5th technician who attempted to help. It seemed as if he fixed it, as i was able to print, then the next day, that same error message "Cartrodge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink."

Here I am on the third day, and still no fix. I was just talking to a technician when the phone suddenly hung up.  I went to You Tube to look for help but no luck.  I called Broadway Network back at 866-288-8904 and the person who picked up said they had a fire drill and will call back in 15-20 minutes.  That was over 1/2 hour ago.

I have NO interest in enrolling in this program.  This is America and now HP wants for force my buying habits!  How about the fact that I like going to the store and looking for different products.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.
