Hi,

I've bought the HP Envy 6430e this morning from Argos and have set the printer up fine but am struggling to activate the 6 month free trial instant ink as I don't seem to have a flyer in the box with a code on. Please can anyone advise where I may find this?

Hi @Dobjan,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to claim your promotional months

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Let me know.
