Product: Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Whenever I try to COPY a document using the printer I get the error message "Insufficient Memory"
I checked the web console logs and the error number is 20.0001
I have already reset the printer to factory defaults, confirmed that the image isn't too large, and (by reseting the printer to factory defaults) cleared out the queue. The printer, however, refuses to copy anything.
I have read alot of forums about this error and Printing, but THIS IS NOT A PRINTING ERROR! The printer prints just fine, it just won't copy.
Thanks,
Stephen
