Hi @ITEB,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I noticed that you are getting an internal error when printing from IE 10, and IE 11. I am happy to look into this for you!

For further assistance, I will need some additional information:

  1. The Product/Model Number of your printer. Follow instructions in this link. Finding Your HP Product Model Number.
  2. If you are using a Windows or Mac Operating System, and the version number. To find the exact version, visit this link. Whatsmyos.
  3. If the printer is able to make copies.
  4. If the power cable is plugged into a surge protector, or directly to the wall outlet. Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector. This applies to Inkjet printers as well.
  5. If the printer is connected, Wireless, Ethernet, or USB.

Hello support team

Thanks for your answer

I solved the problem by installing a new printer to our employee.

There was already too much time in order to solve the problem.

I first got the old drivers uninstalled under Admin and after a new start of the PC, the new HP printer geïnstallerd M127fn and now everything works well with our staff.

Sincerely,
