can you send me the link in order to fix this problem.. I tried opening the word file and clicking on the one posted but says it can't be found. thanks.. I recently updated to windows 7 64-bit but can't scan.

It's a 12+ MB file
Once you unzip the file,
- Run the ScanTo.msi file to install “Scan to”
- Open My Computer
- Go to the following location C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP LaserJet M1319 MFP Series\Scan To, and then Create shortcut to your desktop for hppscan0.exe
I'm running Window 7 Home also and the fix worked on my machine just like when I was using Windows XP.

PLEASE SEND EMAIL TO DIRECT LINK - I HAVE DOWNLOAD STUFF I DONT NEED HAD STUFF LIGHT UP MY SCREEN AND NEED HP ASSISTANCE FOR A DIRECT FIX TO THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE SEND A LINK TO FIX PDF SCAN ISSUE WITH WINDOW 7 - 64 BIT

Hi jrreedlady,
Follow the steps below to uninstall and reinstall the printer.
1. Open Control Panel
2. Click on Uninstall a program
3. Uninstall the Laserjet 1319f from the list
4. Reboot your computer
5. Download the full feature software and drivers, and then reinstall the printer.
