can you send me the link in order to fix this problem.. I tried opening the word file and clicking on the one posted but says it can't be found. thanks.. I recently updated to windows 7 64-bit but can't scan.

It's a 12+ MB file

 

Once you unzip the file,

 

  1. Run the ScanTo.msi file to  install “Scan to
  2. Open My Computer
  3. Go to the following location C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP LaserJet M1319 MFP Series\Scan To, and then Create shortcut to your desktop for hppscan0.exe

 

I'm running Window 7 Home also and the fix worked on my machine just like when I was using Windows XP.

4Shared will not permit the download of the file unless you install thier app on your destop or you register with thier site. Can you email it to me or put it up on a different site?

After downloading the scanto.zip file and extracting to desktop per instructions, I received side by side configuration or sxstrace.exe error. The shortcut won't open.

Follow the steps below to uninstall and reinstall the printer.

 

1. Open Control Panel

2. Click on Uninstall a program

3. Uninstall the Laserjet 1319f from the list

4. Reboot your computer

5. Download the full feature software and drivers, and then reinstall the printer.
