I am having the same issue.  The fax activity log states "delayed fax" and status "pending".  The fax number is dialed, the fax scans through, and then the readout says 'fax stored'.  Nothing after that.  Can you help??

Ok, thank you for the update. Below is the link to the most current version of firmware for this printer. Install the firmware, and then let me know if you continue to have issues with the ADF unit?

I did the firmware upgrade, I did the reset to factory and nothing worked.
Any other suggestions?

Thank you for the update. It appears that the printer's ADF is having a hardware failure. 


Does the printer still have a warranty or extended warranty on it?
