My LaserJet Pro 200 Color MFP M276nw will not recognize my wireless network password.  The networks are recognized, but everytime I enter my password the printer responds the password is incorrect.  It is not.  Firmware is current.

My modem is issued by Spectrum/Time Warner and is a Technicolor SN: (removed content).  I have troubleshooted with the cable provider, and they insist all settings are correct for HP Printers.  They suggested I contact HP.

Temporarily disable all security on the Gateway device.  Now try to connect to your unsecured SSID.  Are you successful?

If yes go back and add WPA2-AES with your password and try again.  Status now?

I was able to connect with the unsecured SSID. Once we reenabled the WPA2-AES the same problem occurred. We tried to troubleshoot with other modem security settings, and got the same result each time "Invalid WPA Passphrase". Any other suggestions?

Well looks like you have a Gateway device (modem+router) combo.  These are terrible for wireless connectivity.  Try setting the router to WPA and try to connect.

The best thing to do is put that Gateway device in full bridge mode and buy your own high quality router and connect up.
