Installed a replacement toner cartridge in the printer. When first printed, the page had alot of ink on it. Tried printing a second time and the paper jammed. Was able to get the jammed paper out intact completely, but since that time the printer is not working. The status light is blinking orange, and the motor does not run when turned off and then back on again. Have tried cold reset. Troubleshooting manual says that small piece of paper may be blocking a sensor, but the sheet that jammed was 100% intact. Concerned that sensor may be blocked by ink. Is there any way to clean the sensor myself without a running printer?

Hello Customer,
As per the Issue After Replacing tonner Catridge you have been facing the Issue, Would like to know about the orange Led
thats blinking. Is that Beside Tonner symbol or Attention symbol.
If possible, switch off the unit and power on with the catridge, check the light patter it should show the ready and the
Tonner led, that time insert this catridge, and check for the ready status.
If its attention led, it indicates their might be a jam, Please check once with duplxer, Below the Catridge their a plate
lift it and their u can see a sensor try to toggle it .I/t shoule fix the issue
Thanks

Thank you both for your replies. I have tried everything mentioned in both replies, with no luck.
It is the Attention light that is blinking orange, I don't think I was clear enough on that point. If anyone has anything different to try, I am all ears - thanks again!
