The print on both side option is greyed out in the print set up and I can't seem to choose it. I can't do any both side printing. Why is it greyed out? Can someone help me out with this?

Hi,

 

It does not support automatic duplex printing:

You have to do manually and please install full software and drivers to your computer.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time out to reply.

I have installed all the drivers.

As shown in the screenshot, the manual Duplex option is greyed out.. Anything else i should be doing?
