I am getting the same problem. It worked fine for 2 months, now I've reset everything, downloaded the drivers again, and still with a tiny word document it will not print. Actually, after I down loaded the drivers again, it printed one page and then the memory low message came back on.
I don't think this should be being handled privately when everyone is having the same problem.
I have an iMac and am running Yosemite 10.10.2

Hi @mageekl ,
I see by your post that you are getting a "Low Memory" error when printing. I would be happy to help you.
From what I have read so far, some have mentioned that they don't get this error when printing by a USB connection.
If you are using a USB connection and are still getting the error, then try the steps that I sent you in a private message to see if it helps. In the forum beside your handle name just click on the envelope to view it.
If you are having further issues, please let me know.
Thank You.

Just bought this printer and having the same issue right out of the box. Downloaded all the new drivers and firmware. I'm printing a one page 200K picture. Shouldn't have memory issue -file is small. Needless to say, I'm extremely frustrated. Has HP gotten to the bottom of this yet? It's shocking to me that given the large base of Mac owners out there, HP hasn't solved this issue yet.

Exactly the same problem. Using a Macbook and wireless printing. Usually it prints sometimes it doesn't with a low memory message. The problem is usually with a particular document, web pages are the worst offenders.
Today was an online booking confirmation for car hire for my holiday, needed for tomorrow. Wouldn't print, saved as a pdf, same problem. Tried opening in different software, but no joy. The file was 175kb not exactly huge.
The solution was to convert it to a jpg which is actually a larger file! I tried this after an hour and half of working through most of the solutions listed on this board.
The first HP printer I have ever had a problem with. A shame as not at all happy with this one.

you print it from the printer....it s a status report.
this will also tell you if the wireless is hooked up. make sure to delete the old printer from your mac, and then add using the IP option.
