Hi,

I looked all through the manual for this and was unable to find this error code or a  "sensor d". Anyone have any ideas on what might be going on with this printer?

Thanks!

13.02.00 error is a paper jam error in tray 2.

Sensor D is one of the sensors in that area that determines if the paper has moved along or not.  Chances are there is some dust or debris covering the sensor.  Take a look inside the tray and blast it with an air cannister.  Look around for any loose scraps of paper and remove them.  Check all the rollers and make sure they are opperating like normal.

To find out specifically where Sensor D on tray 2 is you would need access to a Service Manual, not a User Manual.  Service manuals are reserved for HP certified repair techs so we cannot link to them directly on this forum.  However, I'd bet if you search for one you can find one out there on the internet along with all the sensors in that area.  Its more than likely referring to the D shaped pickup roller.
