Hello @9923,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that your printer is stuck in MFG mode. I would like to help. Mfg mode (aka manufacturing mode) is a special mode used in the manufacturing process to test various parts of the printer.
Sometimes this can be cleared by performing a few hard resets. While the printer is turned on, disconnect the power cable from the product for 30 seconds and then reconnect.
If the printer is still in MFG mode, you can try a factory reset. I have sent you the instructions via private message.
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, this post has instructions.
If either of these resolves the issue please let me know which one.
I work on behalf of HP
Please click “Accept as Solution ” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
