Regularly my B210e printer won't print. I select my printer from Sys preferences- says ready to print.
When I hit Print comand the Printer screens says printing then stops (sometimes screen says spool area full)
throws to printer to idle then deletes the printing in process message and puts printer in idle.
Have called HP reps paid for advice spent 7 hrs running Mac disk utility First Aid -verifying & repairing permissions
Verfied disk OK Worked briefly
Have unplugged printer numerous times to clear. In the past that would help- now nothing works

Hi nwsnobird,
Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that you are getting a print spool queue full message when trying to print to your Photosmart B210e printer from your Mac.
I have included the 'Printer is offline' Message Displays on the Computer and the Printer Will Not Print document. It has a section for each operating system. Please click on your version of Mac OS X and follow the steps provided. I know it doesn’t specifically mention the error you’ve seen, but it has the steps to clear and/or restart your print queue.
If the above document doesn’t resolve the issue, please respond back with some further information:
- How is the printer connected (USB cable or wireless)?
- What version of Mac OS X are you using?
- Are you using Boot Camp to have both Mac and Windows operating systems loaded on the same computer?
- Have you also tried resetting the print system? Reset the Printing System post by ShlomiL
Thank you.
