What OS are you using?
What program are you printing from?
Can you print a test page from the printer?
HP designed a quick and easy tool that diagnoses and resolves many printing, scanning, and connectivity problems: The HP Print and Scan Doctor. HP recommends that you download and install the Print and Scan Doctor any time you need to troubleshoot a problem with your HP printer from the link below.
Let me know what errors you receive?

My printer is also not working...I keep getting USB device not recognised message. Unplugged the computer and then re-booted it, that didn't work....uninstalled software, re-installed it...nothing is working. Please help- spent way too many hours trying to fix this crap. Other devices are being recognized by the computer- just this printer isn't working...I need this printer to work. We are in Turkey and the comptuer is form NA...but the printer is from Turkey...could this be the problem?

If you are getting the error message about the USB device not being recognized, then it is likely a problem in the Device Manager and not with the computer and printer being from two different places. Answer the questions below so I can be of better assistance.
1. What is the operating system of the computer you are using (Windows XP, Windows 8, Mac 10.8, etc)?
2. Did you ever successfully install this printer before?
3. Have you tried a different USB cord?
--Device Setup Failed to Complete-- The steps outlined in this document may be of some assistance until I know a little more about your computer.

Hello @icah, and welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience!
I see you're having issues with your paper feed. I'd like to help!
I would recommend removing the ink cartridges from the printer, and perform a power reset. Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug the printer back in. Ensure you plug the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any sort of surge protector or power bar.
I would also suggest following this document:
Good luck and please let me know the results of your troubleshooting steps. Thank you for posting on the HP Forums!
